  My first experience, cashing a check, was awesome. The manager was courteous, friendly, and professional. My next two visits, however, were absolutely terrible. The short, skinny blonde girl(she never bothered to give me her name), was rude, arrogant, and very stuck-up. Upon being denied a loan, she repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to ask further questions as to why they couldn't approve me, then simply dismissed me quite abruptly and stood there at the counter with a smug, arrogant smile on her face. Despite my positive experience the first time, I will be taking my business elsewhere as long as they continue to tolerate this kind of immature, unprofessional behavior.

  Aweful, they kept me waiting almost 35 minutes just to refuse service to me. I then went to Advance America up the street and got instant approval, and much friendlier service. I wouldn't recommend check city to anyone. I'd say use Advance America or Money Tree.

  Aweful! We were in office yesterday Tuesday, Aug. 30th around 5:30p, and the lady Kayla helped my boyfriend and she was inexperience but nice until we were helped by a the assistant manager who was rude and judge mental, unfortunately did not get her name. They gave him the run around about his employment, and was so rude with just answering questions regarding procedures. We called to follow up and anybody at this location who he spoke with was also really rude and unprofessional. I suggest to stay away from this location unless really desperate.
