- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service has always been okay but getting ahold of somebody is next to an impossibility over the phone going through my bank account realizing that they charge for a bad address fee and there's no explanation why. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service. After banking with them for years, I applied for a loan (after having previously paid off a car loan with them) and they treated me like a derelict. Couldn't even bother to call to tell me I didn't have to drive all the way across town after I offered to being in paper work.
