- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Rates and payment plan I have for our auto loan is great. Customer service - could greatly improve. Before I make a trip to the very limited locations there are I'd like to make sure certain services that are offered are operating. In this case, the coin counter that always seems to be out of order at the Sierra Pkwy location. I'd be more than happy to call the branch directly to verify but the only contact I'm able to access is to their customer service in general who 1) either transfers me back into the queue 2) offers me the business hours for the branch or 3) no one from the branch is picking up. I think if communication and/or access to speak to someone who is physically at the branch becomes available I'd be more than happy to change to 5 stars.By Apie Sanchez, November 05, 2016
