- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I cannot get anyone to call me or e-mail me back. Bank rings busy? I have never heard of a lenders phone ringing busy. I am a contractor who finished a home in May 2014 under the banks 203k program. All inspections passed, paperwork filled out, and homeowner back in the home. I have still to receive the final payment from the bank who sent an e-mail saying that it was mailed out early June.
