  They have lost packages and are incredibly rude. When you call they do not give you the correct information. I will never use this placr again.

  I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. Whenever I have gone to this location, service has been excellent, the line moves quickly, and it is a very clean location. My experience has always been positive!

  My wife ordered some clothes online. They were shipped by UPS straight to USPS. When our mail lady delivered the package to our house, it, along with the rest of our mail, was too big to fit in our gang box. Instead of bringing our package to our front door, which they have done in the past, she put a peach slip in our box saying we could pick up our mail at the post office the next day. I went the next day to pick up our mail, and Rita, the lady at the counter, said she couldn't find our mail and that it may be back on the truck for redelivery. I checked my mailbox the next day with no luck. When I called the post office, the guy said to wait one more day. No package. I called the next day and got a hold of Lisa who told me that my wife, who has never been to that post office, came by, showed her ID and picked up our package. It took over two days to get them to, not directly of course, admit that they just gave our package to someone else. They don't have any record of who picked up our package. No signature. No ID scan. And they have offered no help. No reimbursement. Only a phone number for the post office inspector. (On a side note, when I went in to physically talk to Lisa, the lady in line next to me was having the exact same issue. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with this store). Rita has no recollection of giving our package away to someone else, and their excuse for not keeping records is to not have "mountains of paperwork." The handling of these issues with the lack of customer service and flat out negligence is completely unacceptable for this agency.
