    Very rude and didn't seem to care about my situation..All about the $$$$. I was new to this and wasn't sure about what I was doing. Told them I didn't think I was going to use them. When I called back Alexis Atwood told me they would not take my case and would not waive any fees. I never met with anyone or spoke with an attorney, all they did was ask me questions for the application. For 2 hours of time they want their fee.. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! They have now made my claim very difficult..
