- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆this branch sucks so bad, slowest service in Reno, and all the tellers which are maybe 2 or three even though they have like ten spaces for them all just stand there gabbing away to the customers not giving a crap in the world that there are 20+ people standing in line right in front of them who've been waiting for 20 even 30 minutes!!!!
