    Already off to a bad start. I spent 23 minutes on the phone answering every question except my underwear size for him to decide that I could make an appointment. I then had to explain that he could not just chose I time. I have clients schedule around. Today is March 3rd, my appointment is March 30th. I can see where this is going and it is not looking good.

    If this was a real business they would not be in business. You can't even talk to anyone or get the information you need if it isn't available online. I filed my refund in Feb. It's now the middle of May and no word yet. IRS sucks
