  Definitely not a good place to file taxes. I filed for the first time here and first I asked the lady named Maria how long it would take since I had many bills to pay and deadlines. She said 5 days which I then found out later it was 7-21 days. Therefore, had many late fees with all my bills. After filing, this lady Maria also adds in how she lost someone's check, which I found more than bizarre and unprofessional. Anyways, my boyfriend and I both filed there at the same time, she mentioned to us that doing American Express was the fastest and best way, so we did it. We realized that I had gotten emails but he had not to set up his account. We tried calling multiple times for 3 days and we were just constantly put in a loop with automated services or associates not picking up. 2 days later we finally get ahold of a lady named Alicia who is just completely rude, who tells us we had gotten rejected for some reason with the cards and they've had our checks for days. I think for a company in this situation, calling the customer to inform them about their card being rejected would've been a smart thing to do. So all in all, they lied about how long it took, didn't do it correctly, set us up with American Express and rejected it without informing us, and had our tax refund for 3 days at the least without bothering to call us. So they ended up costing my boyfriend and I over $50 in late fees due to them not doing their job correctly. Don't do your taxes here.
