Although we no longer live in Reno, they still go above and beyond to help us with any issues that arise, from loose stones to cleanings when we come back to visit. I am so glad we chose to purchase jewelry through a local company instead of a big chain store because they truly care about the jewelery they sell and their customers. Erica was extremely professional and helpful and more than happy to answer all of my questions. I don't believe I would have trusted anyone else enough to purchase without seeing the ring in person, however Erica knew exactly what I wanted, and fully gained my trust with her knowledge and great customer service.
