  I recently bought a house and used Summit Funding and loan officer, Lisa Fleck, to finance my loan. Lisa's team made all the little things super easy! Everyone was very easy to contact, even on weekends. I emailed my initial information to one of Lisa's team members and it saved me a lot of time from having to fill out tons of paperwork. Her assistant, Rachel, kept in great contact and helped out a lot by always telling us exactly what they needed from us. We got weekly phone calls to update us on our loan, and Lisa even congratulated us with a champagne toast when our offer was accepted. During that congratulatory meeting, Lisa even set up a photo of our future home with a congratulations banner across the photo. Her sweet little touch helped make this home buying process that much more exciting and happy. I highly recommend financing through Summit Funding and Lisa Fleck! I felt comfortable the whole way through, and I feel very happy that I chose to work with them.
